Do you charge travel fees for destination weddings?
Travel within the East Coast is usually included. For weddings that need flights and hotels, those details get worked out during the consultation. Everything’s transparent—no surprise costs later.
How far in advance should we book for multi-state weddings?
Peak season weddings (May through October) that need travel should be booked 12-18 months out. That locks in availability and gives enough time to plan logistics. Off-season dates might have more flexibility depending on the calendar.
