What happens if you're sick on our wedding day?

In over 25 years, we’ve never missed a wedding. But we maintain a network of professional photographers with similar styles who can step in during emergencies.

Planning & Coordination

Can we provide a shot list?

Absolutely! We welcome your must-have photo requests. We also send a questionnaire before your wedding to gather family groupings and special details you want captured.

Do you coordinate with our other vendors?

Yes, we touch base with your planner, venue, and key vendors before the wedding to ensure a smooth timeline and coordinate for special moments.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 9-12 months ahead, with popular dates (especially fall Saturdays) booking up to 18 months in advance. Reach out as soon as you have your date.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! We regularly work throughout the East Coast. We include travel within the Tri-State area in our packages, with custom quotes for destinations beyond.

How do you handle difficult lighting situations?

We bring professional lighting equipment for challenging venues, but use it discreetly. Our goal is beautiful images without disrupting your day with obvious lighting gear.

Can you capture drone footage?

Yes, weather and location permitting. We’re licensed drone operators and can capture stunning aerial footage of your venue and surroundings.

How do you back up our wedding photos?

We use cameras with dual memory card slots for immediate backup. After your wedding, images are backed up to multiple hard drives and cloud storage before any cards are formatted.

After Your Wedding

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos and video?

You’ll receive sneak peeks within 2 weeks. Complete photo galleries are delivered within 6-8 weeks, and video within 8-10 weeks during peak season.

How long will our wedding video be?

Our standard package includes a 5-7 minute highlight film that tells your day’s story. We also offer extended documentary edits that include ceremony and speeches in full.

Can family members order their own prints?

Yes, your online gallery allows anyone with access to order professional prints directly. You control who has gallery access.

Do we get printing rights to our photos?

Yes, all our packages include personal printing rights to your images. You can make prints anywhere, though many clients choose our professional printing for the best quality.
