À La Carte & Hourly Rates
1. Overtime Policy & Client Approval
To ensure transparency and avoid unexpected charges, all overtime must be pre-approved by the client.
Overtime Notification: Your Real2Reel photographer and/or cinematographer will proactively notify you approximately 5-10 minutes before the scheduled end time of the approaching cutoff.
Approval Required: Our team will not stay beyond the scheduled finish time without your verbal approval at that moment. Overtime charges are never applied automatically.
Scheduled Event Exception: For a known event later in the timeline (e.g., a scheduled grand exit or special performance near the end of term, speech, cake cutting etc.), our staff will confirm overtime approval with you earlier in the event schedule.
2. Overtime Billing
Once verbally approved by the client,overtime is billed as follows:
Overtime Trigger & Increment: Approved overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
Overtime Rate: The rate is **$210 per hour, per shooter**, billed at $105 per half-hour increment.
3. À La Carte & Standalone Hourly Rates
For clients not purchasing a package,the following standalone hourly rates apply:
Two-Shooter Team (Photo or Video): $485 per hour
Single Shooter (Photo or Video): $250 per hour
All standalone hourly bookings are subject to a minimum purchase (typically 2 hours).
